Front Runner Boat Works was founded by Phillip Man and Mark Lacovara to fill a quality and craftsmanship gap they saw in the market. Every boat is built by hand in Jacksonville, Florida and held to a standard that is as much art form as it is engineering.

It starts with a conversation. Call BTH Marine at (786) 882-7969 or stop by our Key Largo facility, and we will sit down with you to understand how you fish, your crew, and the waters you run. From there we work directly with Front Runner Boatworks to spec your build from the hull up. Every Front Runner is custom built to order.
Can I customize my Front Runner?
Yes. No two Front Runners are exactly alike. Your layout, electronics, engine package, fishing features, and finish are all built around the way you fish. We help you spec every detail and coordinate directly with the Front Runner team so your boat is built exactly to your requirements.

Every Front Runner is hand built in Jacksonville, Florida. If you want to watch your boat come to life, we can arrange a factory visit so you can be part of the build.
Should I choose a Front Runner catamaran or center console?
It depends on how and where you fish. Front Runner catamarans, from 35 to 55 feet, deliver exceptional stability in rough conditions, shallow draft, and wide, flat fishable deck space. Front Runner center consoles, from 33 to 47 feet, offer a classic deep V offshore platform built for open ocean conditions. We will help you decide which hull fits your fishing style, your crew, and your waters.
What Front Runner models does BTH Marine offer?
BTH Marine offers the full Front Runner lineup. Catamarans: the 35 Cat, 37 Cat, 43 Cat, 43 HTX, and 55 Cat (coming soon). Center consoles: the 33 CC, 36 CC, 39 CC, 47 CC, and 47 W/A. Every model is custom built to order.
How long does it take to build a Front Runner?
Build times vary depending on the model, the current production schedule, and the level of customization. We will give you an accurate timeline once your spec is finalized. If you have a target delivery date in mind, we recommend starting the conversation early.
Can I get on a Front Runner before I order?
Yes. BTH Marine runs demo days throughout the year and brings Front Runners to sea trial events and boat shows. Contact us to find out about upcoming demo opportunities in the Florida Keys and South Florida.
Do you take trade-ins on a Front Runner build?
Yes. BTH Marine considers trade-ins on a case by case basis. Contact us with details on your current boat, including year, make, model, hours, and condition, and we will let you know how a trade can work toward your Front Runner build.
